MLS Cup 2023 Final: Columbus vs. LAFC Predictions
Eastern Conference champions Columbus Crew host Western Conference champs Los Angeles Football Club this Saturday for the chance the hoist the Philip F. Anschutz Trophy, named after the billionaire investor who helped to co-found Major League Soccer.
LAFC are the defending champions, having defeated Philadelphia last year. Columbus, meantime, will be looking for their third title, having won the championship game in 2008 and 2020.
Most oddsmakers predict LAFC to take home the MLS Championship title, giving Los Angeles a slight nod over Columbus. LAFC hold a 3-0 record over Columbus in head to head meetings, though the Crew did win in a club friendly back in 2019.
